CALCINER

Modern calciner technology faces numerous operational challenges, including high alternative fuel usage and stringent emission limits.

Calcination rates of 90% or higher are achieved by directing approximately 60% of the total fuel to the calciner. Since the fuel combustion and raw material calcination occur outside the rotary kiln, the kiln's heat load is reduced, allowing for the use of smaller rotary kilns.

All IKN calciners are based on a modular system. Calciner solutions are designed by experts to accommodate the specific fuel used, available space, and other particular requirements.
