AKIMist® ve AKIMist®''E'' mist humidification units are the most effective and quality single body misting units in the world. They can be used in closed or open ambient that the sprayed water don't make wet the surface when the finely sprayed droplets hit the substrate. For this reason, these units are used safely in the rooms where electronic devices are available in. The patented design keeps all necessary parts on its compact body. There is no need to use a pump during spray process and all needed is a small amount of compressed air.
The units are plug and play structure ready to use. The sprayed droplets can reach up to 4 meters distance in a form which evaporates fast and the humidity level is increased. It can also help to remove the static electricity in the ambient air.

Due to its small orifice, it can develop very fine mist even at low pressures. It can reduce the open air ambient temperature about 5° to 10° celsius in summer times. Since the droplets are quite fine, it doesn't get wet the surface the droplets hit. It is recommended to use high mesh value line filters in the feed line in order to protect the nozzles against clogging. The typical places of use are gardens or restaurants, beaches and open areas where the air temperature is requested at lower.
These nozzles can also be installed in the disinfection units. The disinfection nozzles' internal structure was designed to generate droplets in microns of the disinfectant solution. The anti-drip property is achieved by internal mini check-valve inside the nozzle body that prevents any drops after shutting-off the spray operation. The internal strainer inside the nozzle body secures any possible impurities against clogging, therefore a line filter is not needed to install on the hydraulic network. Such anti-drip check-valve and in-built strainer properties are not available in the brass material ambient humidification nozzles working at higher pressures.
