RADIAL ROLLERS
IKN provides rollers up to 3,000 mm in diameter for use in kilns, rotary coolers, and dryers. These rollers are equipped with anti-friction slide bearings.
A standard forged or cast radial roller is housed in slide bearings with water-cooled spherical supports. The use of separate bearings ensures reliable operation and facilitates easy alignment on site.
Thermocouples are used to monitor the temperature of the main equipment, while continuous lubrication minimizes wear. Additionally, heat shields are installed to protect the bearings from the radiant heat emitted by the shell.
