KILN OUTLET SEAL SYSTEM
IKN's kiln outlet seal offers an effective and dependable solution for connecting the kiln to the kiln hood, widely installed in cement plants globally.
The lamella seal from IKN is positioned at the discharge end of the rotary kiln and is connected to the existing kiln hood. A cooling ring is installed on the kiln outlet shell, providing a surface for the lamellas and directing air to cool the nose ring segments. An annular cooling duct, equipped with nozzles, supplies air to the lamellas and the kiln's nose ring segments during operation.
