KILN RISER DUCT / KILN INLET CHAMBER - SIAM REFRACTORY
The Kiln Riser Duct and Kiln Inlet Chamber are areas where hot gases containing volatile components flow counter-currently to the kiln feed. In these zones, the kiln feed reacts with the volatile components, forming a sticky material that tends to adhere to the lining surfaces. To address this challenge, we supply our specially developed C-SiC series, designed specifically for these critical areas. This solution forms a protective, low-friction film on the lining surface, effectively preventing chemical penetration while minimizing material build-up and clogging, which could otherwise lead to operational difficulties.
