Gas cooling can be achieved by standard full or hollow cone nozzles. The types mentioned in this section are the gas cooling nozzles which are used for the applications where the sprayed water or liquid is requested to be evaporated 100% in a certain reaction length. The difference of the low-pressure gas cooling nozzles is that there is no return flow like in high-pressure type, and the liquid and compressed air are used at the same time in order to break the liquid into possible finest droplets. The reaction length for full evaporation is shorter in this case due to the fact that the droplets are smaller than that of high-pressure version.
