CLASSIFYING LINERS
The duty of the classifying liners is to give the proper direction to the grinding media to let them moving correct location inside mill while material to be ground is finely milled. The main types of these liners are called as;
XCLASS®
CLASSOLINE®

XCLASS® CLASSIFYING LINERS
Xclass® concept classifying liners have been developed to classify the balls in the 2nd compartment of a ball mill. The deflector plates are installed on the base plate that Xclass® covers the complete compartment in the shape of a spiral.

Commercial Name:  Xclass®
Industry                 : Cement
Place of use          : Ball mills – 2nd compartment
Principle                : The deflectors or wings divert the balls towards the correct direction while the base plate protects the mill shell.

Technical specifications :
DIN-drilled mill shells (250 x 314 mm), or similar diameters from 3,00 mt to 4,60 mt
Unit weights are lighter (21 to 25 kgs) compared to approximate 50 kg ordinary liners
The deflectors can be 180˚ turned when one side is worn out. Longer and stable classifying effect
Key Benefits :
The lighter design provides 20% to %35 less weight. The weight is reduced approx 465 to 310 kg/m²
Xclass® provides an increase for the useful diameter inside the mill approx 40 to 76 mm. So that the ball load can be increased by 0,9 to 2,5 tons/mt of the EGL (Effective Grinding Lenght) that will, in turn, lead to an increase in the absorbed power.
Bolt is a single type
Reduced maintenance: labor, time and money saving

CLASSOLINE® CLASSIFYING LINERS
Classoline® concept classifying liners have been developed to classify the balls in the 2nd compartment of a ball mill in order to have efficient media classification to adapt grinding charge to material granulometry, efficient attrition rate and smooth material flow.

Commercial Name : Classoline®
Industry                   : Cement
Place of use            : Ball mills – 2nd compartment
Technical Specifications :
Hardness range is 50 to 62HRc and 11% to 27% chromium content cast irons
The installation can be in 3 different ways : bolted / semi-vaulted (2, 3 or 4 bolted semi vaults) / vaulted.

Key Benefits :
Ball wear rates are reduced because the sliding phenomenon is less.
Reduced energy consumption (kWh/t) because of the proper classification of the balls along the mill axis inside the 2nd compartment
