Copper, nickel, and platinum typically occur in ores at very low grades. Thanks to the excellent signal-to-noise performance of NIR spectra, SpectraFlow is capable of detecting these elements at concentrations down to the ppm level. One of the key benefits of this online analyzer, however, lies in its ability to precisely measure gangue components and moisture content.
In addition, SpectraFlow provides extremely rapid analytical results without relying on rolling averages to suppress noise. This allows the analyzer to be effectively applied in high-speed, accurate material sorting processes.
