GAS COOLING SYSTEMS
Since 2006, FTR has been supplying GAS COOLING SYSTEMS to Turkey and introducing them to the global market under the brand COOLING CONTROL™. Our mechanical and hydraulic productions for this specific area have been carried out in partnership with our Indian counterpart since 2009, either in India or Turkey. The heat balances and engineering design are managed by our engineering team based at our factory in India. To date, we have supplied over 380 units of gas cooling systems worldwide. SEMI TECHNOLOGICAL & TECHNOLOGICAL MECHANICAL FABRICATIONS
At our factory located in Adana, FTR specializes in SEMI-TECHNOLOGICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL FABRICATIONS, particularly focusing on mechanical steel fabrications. Our production activities primarily serve industries such as cement, mining, lignite-fired power plants, and industrial seaports, where we are highly active.
Additionally, FTR engages in contracting projects directly with end users on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis for the products and systems we handle.
Our factory spans 10,000 m² of closed area on a total land area of 11,500 m². We employ 130 individuals, comprising both white-collar and blue-collar workers. Our quality management system adheres to standards such as 3834-2 and EN1090-4 certification, distinguishing us as a specialized production unit.
Almost 80% of our fabrications are exported to globally recognised companies in abroad.
