Standard flat jet nozzles are the most common spray nozzle type offering very wide options for materials, flow rate, connection, spray angle, different accessories. These nozzles generate almost ''V FORM'' spray formation as it sprays. The simple design, easy availability and cost effectiveness make the flat jet spray nozzles widely preferred ones providing a solution in most cases. The proper surface and orifice finish guarantee the maximum efficiency, uniformity and accurate spray width. The connection options are threaded, dovetail, quick-fit or quick-connect and swivel joint.

SIDE JET FLAT NOZZLES

Side flat jet spray nozzles have partially diverted or deflected spray formation with respect to nozzle central axis, so the form is not symmetrical. The nozzles are generally preferred for the applications where sprayed liquid is limited at certain area i.e. in a spray nozzle bar to stop the extra spillage of the liquid at the ends of the bar.

SPOON JET

It is also called as Tongue Type nozzles. The nozzle orifice is combined with the extension of the nozzle body in the shape of a spoon. The spray formation is deflected with respect to liquid feed axis. The main difference of the spray compared to standard flat jet nozzles is that the thickness of the liquid jet is thicker and more stable generating higher impact on the surface the liquid sprayed on to.
The thicker spray reaches longer distances without broken into small droplets.
