  Magotteaux has developed several designs of anvils to optimize and increase
  the performances & cost/ton for  VSI MAG’Impact®.
  Depending on the application (material, speed rotation, crushability, abrasivity..),
  the Xwin® and neoX® metal matrix composite materials, as well as high Cr options, are proposed.
  Magotteaux is also able to propose monometallic solutions i.e. high, medium and low Cr
  alloys for other VSI crushers.

  neoX® white iron (depending on the application).
  Monometallic solution (High Cr).

Commercial Name  : Xwin® white iron.
Industries                : Recycling but only as secondary application without unbreakable parts.  Quarries and gravel pits – secondary crusher.
Hardness                 : 60 – 62 HRc.
Max Dimension       : up to 1,500 mm.
Max Weight              : up to 600 kg.
Tech Specifications:
Alloy especially developed for the quarry and gravel pit industry where abrasion resistance is required.
Inlay has been adapted to each model in order to provide a MMC solution to the highest possible wear area.

WHITE IRON + neoX®
