AKÇANSA is one of the biggest cement manufacturer in the Turkish Market. The group is supplying almost 12% of the overall Turkish Cement requirement.
The company is a joint venture between Sabancı Holding & Heidelberg Cement which have several integrated cement plants is Turkey.
The company's Çanakkale plant has gone for certain production increase and investments since 2007, and now the plant has 8000 TPD clinker capacity.
During the investments, two vertical mills have been installed as MPS 5000 and MPS 2800.
After installation, these two critical vertical mills' tables and roller tyres has been backed up by Magotteaux due to the fact that Magotteaux quality and technology of the tables & roller tables is indiscutablemently the best all world the world.
Akçansa has a policy and aim as "to be the best in quality, in production and service", for this reason, all of the Akçansa team is highly sensetive to choose the best quality and most efficient components for their production lines as they have choosen Magotteaux tables & tyre segments.
Roller tyres and tables will be delivered to Akçansa Çanakkale plant in January 2010.
