Bursa Cement is one the leading cement manufacturers in Turkey with its capacity 1.200.000 tons clinker and 2.850.000 tons cement grinding. The plant provides 4% of overall cement manufacturing in the Turkish Market, and that of 13% in Marmara Region.
Bursa Cement Plant has first installed Magotteaux ultra life & performance hammers made of Ceramic Layer to enable the longest and highest performance at service. While standart hammers were lasting about 4-5 months only, we have guaranteed 11 months for Magotteaux XCC™ hammers, and the result was that our hammers has been used 12 months and 18 days without any problem. This is purely 15% more performance and tonnage than guaranteed terms, and 290% more performance and tonnage than standart hammers used in the past before XCC™ hammers of Magotteaux.
In brief, Bursa Cement has benefited more tonnage in the crusher without stopping the system for maintenance therefore XCC™ hammers leaded time, labour and money savings significantly.
