CEMENT INDUSTRY, MINING INDUSTRY, POWER STATIONS, DREDGING INDUSTRY
Crushing : We offer tailor made solutions to satisfy the specific needs of the crushing industry, in particular crushing by impact.
Grinding : We offer wear resistant products to neutralize the various constraints encountered in all mill types to improve the grinding process as a whole.
Pyro Processing : We offer products for grate and cyclone preheaters, kilns, rotary and grate coolers, various incinerators and calciners.
Dredging : We offer dredging equipments to suit unique working conditions such as pump casing, wear plate, wear shoes, impellers etc
Gas Cooling : We offer complete Gas Cooling Systems for gas cooling towers, downcomer ducts, clinker cooler beds, cement mills and in the top cyclones in cement plants.
Conveyor Chains : We offer any type of chains for transport of bulk materials such as round steel conveyor chains, bushed conveyor chains, forged link chains, cardan chains, sprockets and all complementary equipments. The chains for mining industry are round link chains, flat type chains, chain assemblies, chain connectors, flight bars, suspension chains DSKN.
Conveying Systems : we are cooperating with Sthim S.A. / Spain for any type of conveying systems for bulk material handling. The scope of supply consist of engineering calculations, manufacturing, installation, supervision and after sales services.

STEEL INDUSTRY
Descaling : one of our dedicated expertise is High Pressure Descaling Systems for steel industry. We establish HP descalers for billets, blooms, pipes, structural steel etc. in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and speciality steel systems for primary and secondary descaling. The existing descaling systems are also examined by FTR's experienced engineers incase of rewamping of the old systems and finally offering cost effective and efficient system to get better descaled surfaces.
Coil Coating (Colour) Lines and Galvanising Lines : FTR cooperates with Bronx International for coil coating and galvanising lines recognized as a world innovator in the design and manufacture of continuous coil processing lines and equipment. Bronx's 50 years experience in coil processing together with the FTR cooperation in the Turkish market have made the leading position in steel industry on these selected subjects.
Shortwave electric infrared ovens for steel : FTR cooperates with ITWBGK the world's number one supplier and inventor of infrared ovens. The state of art and cost effective perfect ovens are supplied with ITWBGK and FTR in the middle east region especially for coil coating lines as well as steel strapping manufacturing.
Oxidisers : FTR cooperates with one of the major suppliers for solvent incinerators in steel industry especially for those used in coil coating lines.

STAINLESS STEEL FILTER SCREENS - WEDGE WIRE SCREENS (SCREENSLOT®)
SCREENSLOT® screens, considerably improved to satisfy all filtration and seperation requirements are mainly used in flat and bended screen, drum, seperation and classification screen systems, centrifuge screens, inline filters, looped screens, distributors / collectors, safety filters as well as open gravity filters or intake screens. The material options are starting simple AISI 304 till Titanium Gr.II
THERMOPLASTIC & STAINLESS STEEL FILTER NOZZLES (ONLYFILTER®)
FTR has been offering thermoplastic filtering nozzles for water treatment, to be applied in many sectors including drinking water, demineralized water
 process, urban and industrial waste water treatment, the filtration of river or well water for irrigation, water for swimming pools, etc.
