S.S. FILTER SCREENS - Wedge Wire Screens
SCREENSLOT®
Triangular Wired Screens (TWS) also known as Wedge Wire Screens (WWS) are most often used in filtering, seperation, classification and similar applications. SCREENSLOT® screens outperform perforated or standard slotted plates, thanks to the open area of SCREENSLOT®
 screens where flow in the slots is quite easy and fast with lower head loss and energy consumption.
Due to the exceptional performance of SCREENSLOT® , these are sometimes called ''Clog-Free Screens'' in the industry. The finished screen consists of surface and support profiles welded to each other. They finally form a V shaped slots which enlarge inwardly after spacing the required slot widths. This provides slots on the filtering surface only, and eliminates parallel slot channels which normally lead to clogging.
SCREENSLOT® screens, considerably improved to satisfy all filtration and seperation requirements are mainly used in flat and bended screens, drums, seperation and classification screen systems, centrifuge screens, inline filters, looped screens, distributors / collectors, safety filters as well as open gravity filters or intake screens.
High mechanical strength, precise slot openings, large open area and ultra high resistance against clogging diversify SCREENSLOT® screens from all other conventional filtering methods. That's why SCREENSLOT® screens meet successfully most of the industrial filtering needs.

 AISI 304 till titanium.
